Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee daily QC across eight Arizona plants plus facilities in CA and UT. You will manage inspections, develop QA programs, and coordinate testing while driving process improvements and staying within budget.

The role requires collaboration with product plants, leadership across teams and travel up to 50%. Candidates should have 3+ years in management and knowledge of concrete materials and related ASTM/CSA specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Familiarity with ASTM and CSA specifications related to concrete products and raw materials.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Travel up to 50% as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC functions across multiple plants within the region.
• Manage process inspections and final product inspections; schedule support personnel.
• Report regularly to management on process improvements, defects, non-conforming products, and quality concerns.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards and QA programs.
• Coordinate testing for finished goods and raw materials; train plant QC personnel.
