Oldcastle APG is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to support Pebble Technology, Inc. installers and certified builders across the Western US.

The role centers on field inspections, training, and warranty evaluations to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The position is remote-based with travel throughout the Western region, including CA, NM, AZ, NV, and TX, requiring up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly recommended.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to PTI installers and certified builders.
• Perform warranty evaluations and address escalated customer issues.
• Travel to multiple installers and builders within the region for visits and urgent issues.
• Inspect homes and resolve problems related to Pebble Tec finishes.
