Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager (Construction) to lead field training for PTI installers and certified builders across the Western US. The role emphasizes evaluations, warranty work, and hands-on repairs with Pebble Tec finishes.

The ideal candidate will have construction experience and strong interpersonal skills, with travel up to 60% across NM, AZ, NV, CA, ID, WA, OR, and TX. Remote work is allowed when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or manual labor.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
• Bilingual English/Spanish recommended.
• Strong water chemistry background a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to PTI installers and certified builders.
• Perform warranty evaluations and repairs on-site.
• Travel to installers and builders within the Western US region.
• Inspect homeowners' Pebble Tec finishes and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain regular communication with Warranty Administrator, CS Manager, and Director.
• Coordinate with PTI Sales Managers to ensure seamless customer service.
• Document interactions in PTI's customer service software, forms, and reports.
• Collaborate with R&D on new products and care protocols.
• Represent PTI professionally and be willing to perform minor pool repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
