Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Regional Project Solutions Manager, South Central, to lead a high-performing team in remote/field capacity within the Central Region. You will drive engagement across data center projects, mentor managers, and ensure value delivery from planning to closeout.

The role demands 10+ years in sales/PM, 3+ years in leadership, and travel up to 60%. A Master’s is preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or construction project management with proven results.
• 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing regional budgets within forecast and allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft apps, SAP, Salesforce.com, and smartphone use.
• Valid driver’s license and up to 60% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout.
• Mentor and manage a team of Project Solution Managers.
• Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts to achieve double-digit growth.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors and tailor solutions.
• Develop and execute engagement plans coordinating resources for timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and report metrics to leadership.
• Utilize business systems to track opportunities and performance.
• Plan meetings/events to drive engagement and results.
• Ensure safety standards and promote best practices.
