Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Regional Project Delivery Manager (RPDM) for Power & Energy to join the Operations and Delivery Team. The role focuses on delivering projects successfully, supporting the Business Line Project Delivery Manager and leadership across multiple locations including Dallas, NYC, Kansas City, Denver, Boise, and Tampa.

The RPDM will also work remotely from any agreeable WSP USA office, mentor project managers, manage project risks, and help ensure on-time, on-budget, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project delivery leadership roles.
• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or equivalent discipline.
• Strong understanding of project financials, staffing, client relationships, and performance expectations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and clear, candid communication.
• Leadership showing commitment, reliability, and accountability.
• Proven track record managing complex, geographically dispersed teams with operational efficiency and financial management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Project Delivery Manager for the P&E business.
• Support and promote a consistent approach to project delivery and reporting.
• Assist in training and mentoring Project Managers and staff.
• Act as a point of escalation for project issues.
• Assist in rate and pricing development during the pursuit phase.
• Coach and support project managers and controllers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Financial Analysts, and others.
• Promote processes and tool adoption to deliver high-quality projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop recovery plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope.
• Support changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Uphold code of conduct and company policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
