WSP USA is seeking a Regional Project Delivery Manager for Power & Energy in Dallas, TX, with eligible remote options across the U.S. This leadership role coordinates project delivery, supports business-line managers, and drives operational excellence across geographically dispersed teams.

You will mentor project managers, monitor performance, and help manage budgets, schedules, and scope while upholding WSP’s safety and conduct policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project financials, teams, client relationships, staffing and resources.
• Proactive problem solving and clear communication.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
• Commitment to safety and policy adherence.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Project Delivery Manager for the P&E business.
• Support and promote a consistent approach to project delivery, operational reporting, quality, and other key initiatives.
• Support the delivery of training and mentoring for Project Managers and staff.
• Act as a point of escalation for project issues.
• Support the pursuit phase of the project life-cycle with rate and pricing development.
• Coach and support project managers and controllers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Financial Analysts, and other staff.
• Prioritize training, promote processes and aid in tool adoption for high-quality delivery.
• Assist in project/client negotiations as needed.
• Conduct readiness/project reviews on key projects.
• Identify and escalate project risks and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor recovery plans as needed.
• Support on-time, on-budget, in-scope project completion.
