Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a related field.
• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or equivalent discipline.
• Experience as a major project manager or related role.
• Strong understanding of project financials, team dynamics, client relationships, staffing and resource requirements, and performance expectations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Leadership with commitment, reliability and accountability.
• Proven track record managing complex, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Line Leadership on operational aspects of the business.
• Monitor P&L, project performance, and staffing; collaborate with HR, Finance and Project Accounting.
• Support training, mentoring, and performance management of project managers and staff.
• Promote safety, ethics, compliance and employee wellbeing across the team.
• Help optimize budgets, cash flow, and project delivery for client satisfaction.
