Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Regional Project Delivery Manager for Power & Energy, based in Dallas, TX, with additional locations including Tampa, FL, New York, NY, and others. The role supports successful project delivery and leadership across the Power & Energy business line.

This position can work remotely from any agreeable WSP USA offices, and requires collaboration with project teams, training, and mentoring of staff to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of project financials and staffing.
• Proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
• Leadership, accountability, and reliability in outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote consistent project delivery practices and reporting.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Directors.
• Act as escalation point for project issues and support risk management.
• Contribute to rate and pricing development in pursuit phase.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Financial Analysts and Ops staff.
• Assist in negotiations and readiness/project reviews on key projects.
