Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Regional Project Delivery Manager for Power & Energy, coordinating delivery across multiple U.S. locations. The role supports project leaders, standardizes processes, and mentors project teams while guiding risk and opportunity management.

The position can be remote from any WSP USA office, with travel as needed to deliver high-quality, on-time projects and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, project controller, director, or related role.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project financials, team dynamics, staffing and resource requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and clear, candid communication.
• Leadership with accountability and the ability to guide dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a consistent approach to project delivery, reporting, quality, and initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers, Project Directors and staff.
• Escalate project issues and support recovery planning and negotiations as needed.
• Assist in readiness reviews and manage risks and opportunities across portfolios.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
