Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Regional Director for the Summer Work and Travel program on Cape Cod. You will lead an on-the-ground team focused on aggressive placement growth and top-tier host support across communities in the defined region.

You will coach staff in sales and account management, recruit regional talent, and build partnerships with hosts, chambers of commerce, and housing partners to maximize placements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of sales success experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.
• Ability to work with remote field staff.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual growth plan for the Cape Cod territory and set regional targets.
• Lead a team responsible for selling to new hosts and renewing existing host relationships.
• Launch CIEE's Summer Work and Travel Host Family Recruitment initiative.
• Set sales goals and provide coaching to ensure targets are exceeded.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard regional staff.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage hosts and renew relationships.
• Manage the regional budget and resources.
• Serve as CIEE's senior representative to build partnerships with key organizations.
