Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Director, Summer Work and Travel, to lead an on-the-ground team focused on aggressive placement growth across the Cape Cod region. You will coach staff, manage host relationships, and drive multi-program placements in a fast-paced, global nonprofit environment.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of sales success, 5+ years of people management, and strong communication skills. Remote work is supported for this role, with a base salary of $90,000 plus a 30% sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7–10 years of sales success required; B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
5 years of people management experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the annual growth plan for the Cape Cod territory with targets for hosts and placements.
Provide sales leadership by managing a team selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
Launch host family recruitment initiative and lead local recruitment efforts.
Set individual sales goals and coach the team to exceed seasonal targets.
Recruit, hire, and onboard regional staff and build a high-performing field team.
Develop outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew relationships.
Manage the regional budget and resources and report results regularly.
