The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) is seeking a Regional Director for Summer Work and Travel in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. You will lead an on-the-ground sales team focused on placing hosts and building multi-program placements while delivering gold-standard client service.

Responsibilities include setting annual growth, recruiting regional staff, nurturing executive partner relationships, and managing a regional budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of sales success required; B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with remote field staff.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Mansioni

• Own the annual growth plan for the Cape Cod territory and set regional targets.
• Manage a team responsible for selling to new hosts and renewing existing relationships.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of regional staff.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage hosts and create events.
• Build executive relationships with large hosts and community partners.
• Monitor sales and placements and report results to SWT leadership.
• Manage regional budget and allocate resources based on ROI.
