Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing recruitment teams.
• 3+ years managing a recruitment team of 5+ representatives.
• Call center leadership experience in multi-therapeutic studies preferred.
• 2-3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans for assigned studies and locations.
• Achieve enrollment goals and revenue targets.
• Lead multi-channel recruitment strategies including community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databases.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to build referral networks.
• Oversee diversity and inclusion to ensure representative patient populations.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to address underperformance.
• Manage prescreen programs and patient routing to optimize revenue.
• Lead recruitment managers and supporting roles to hit KPIs.
• Ensure CRM/CTMS documentation and maintain vendor relationships.
