Job summary

Flourish Research in the United States is seeking a Patient Recruitment Training & Quality Specialist I to support participant enrollment across multiple protocols. This remote, full-time role involves building training materials, ensuring protocol adherence, and coordinating with the recruitment team to meet sponsor timelines.

You will work in a call-center style environment, handle high-volume outreach, enter data into CTMS, and maintain PHI confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CTMS for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate protocol- and visit-related expectations.
• Operate in a call-center style environment with high call volume.
• Recruit qualified study participants while following ethics, IRB, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Enter medical history and demographics into a CTMS database.
• Attend trainings and coordinate with Recruitment Manager on campaigns and reporting.
