Job summary

Flourish Research, a clinical trials organization, is seeking a Patient Recruitment Manager to support multiple sites remotely in the United States. The role involves managing Recruitment Specialists, developing screening materials, and implementing outreach strategies for active trials.

This is a Monday–Friday day shift (40 hours/week) with a remote work setup. The position requires a High School Diploma (college degree preferred) and 0–3+ years in clinical research, with strong leadership,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred but not required.
• 0-3+ years’ experience in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methods.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Office365.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with operations.
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and independent thinker.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain study specific pre-screening forms used by Recruitment staff when interviewing potential subjects.
• Create and maintain quick reference study summaries of protocol for physicians; update as protocols/amendments become available.
• Enter data into CRS software to manage the database, track leads and follow-up.
• Lead team huddles to share information and educate on new studies.
• Create and revise productivity tracking tool for recruitment goals and randomizations; track production weekly.
