Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Training & Quality Specialist I. This remote, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with a $20–$25 hourly rate.

You will recruit study participants, train staff, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while supporting enrollment timelines across trials. The position requires 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research recruitment, with strong communication, organizational, and training skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet-based tools.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, self-motivated and able to work solo or in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation.
• Experience in clinical or biological research recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate protocol expectations for patient visits and procedures.
• Manage a high volume of calls at a workstation and screen participants per protocol.
• Recruit qualified study participants while adhering to ethics, IRB, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
• Ensure participants are contacted, screened, and followed up promptly.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet departmental goals across studies.
• Lead recruitment activities in planning meetings and campaigns with reporting.
• Screen potential participants using inclusion/exclusion criteria from the PRG.
• Enter medical history and demographics into CTMS and maintain records.
• Schedule pre-screens, screens, and reminders; track status and follow-ups.
• Participate in on-site events or remote outreach as assigned.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and stay updated on regulations and Flourish policies.
