Job summary

Flourish Research in Charlotte, NC is actively hiring a Multi-Site Recruitment Specialist to support our local and remote enrollment efforts.

You will recruit participants for clinical trials, screen and contact potential volunteers, coordinate with site physicians, and maintain campaign portals and data in our CRM/CTMS systems. The role requires 2+ years in recruitment within research and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• College degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years in recruitment within the research industry.
• Experience with outbound/inbound calling and CNS trials preferred.
• Familiarity with IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA guidance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified study participants into protocols while following ethics guidelines.
• Screen and follow up with potential participants to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain campaign portals and reporting in CRM/CTMS systems.
• Coordinate with site physicians and networks; manage referrals and follow-ups.
• Enter medical history and demographics into a computerized database; document thoroughly.
