Flourish Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Manager to support multiple sites remotely from the US. The role leads the Recruitment Specialists, develops screening materials, and implements recruitment strategies for active trials.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure compliant recruitment processes while collaborating across Flourish networks and vendors. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 0-3+ years in clinical research.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain pre-screening forms for staff.
• Lead recruitment team huddles and goals.
• Coordinate with physicians and study staff.
• Recruitment staff training and interviewing.
• Advertise and outreach within Flourish network.
