Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Manager to support multiple sites remotely. The role leads Recruitment Specialists, develops study materials, and implements outreach strategies for active trials.

This is a remote US-based position with a Mon-Fri day shift and compensation between $80,000 and $85,000 depending on experience. Requirements include 0-3+ years in clinical research, leadership ability, strong communication, and proficiency with CRS software and Office365.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years’ experience in clinical research.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Office365 and general computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain study-specific pre-screening forms for Recruitment staff.
• Develop and update quick reference study summaries for physicians.
• Enter data into CRS software to track leads and follow-ups.
• Lead team huddles and educate on new studies.
• Maintain productivity and recruitment-tracking tools and reports.
• Coordinate advertising portals and vendor communications.
• Interview potential candidates and schedule screenings.
• Collaborate with coordinators and investigators on candidate outreach.
• Request and retrieve medical records and manage data entry.
• Support recruiting team training and onboarding.
