Flourish Research in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support our onsite site. You will manage a high volume of calls, screen potential study volunteers, and coordinate enrollment to meet sponsor timelines while upholding IRB, GCP, HIPAA and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient recruitment, understanding of IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA preferred but not required.
• Outbound/inbound calling experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read protocol- and visit-specific expectations and communicate them to participants.
• Manage a high-volume of calls and screen potential study volunteers.
• Recruit qualified participants while following ethics, IRB, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential participants and proper documentation in CTMS.
