Qualifications

• Proactive problem-solving and effective, candid communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Power & Energy projects across multiple locations.
• Partner with leadership on operational aspects and P&L performance.
• Monitor project performance, margins and cash flow; drive improvements.
• Mentor project managers and staff; support recruitment and development.
• Align with safety, quality and ethics programs; optimize client and employee experience.
