WSP USA is seeking a Regional Operations Leader (ROL) for Power & Energy in New York, NY. The role can be remote from any agreeable WSP USA office and may consider additional US locations.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in operations and delivery leadership.
Experience as a major project manager or equivalent with P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of project financials, staffing and client relationships.
Proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and accountability.
Track record of leading geographically dispersed teams and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead regional operations for Power & Energy and support P&L performance.
Collaborate with leadership on operational aspects and budgets.
Monitor project delivery, staffing, and client satisfaction.
Drive training, mentoring, and workforce development.
Support growth strategies and risk mitigation across portfolios.
