Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Regional Program Manager for the Client & Account Readiness Enablement (CARE) team. The role oversees in-region client onboarding, communications, and related programs with a mix of regional and global stakeholders.

The position requires strong real estate knowledge, program management capabilities, and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth transitions and Day 1 readiness. This remote role supports various US locales in a single, global company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant business experience in a matrixed environment.
• Executive stakeholder management and coordinating multiple projects with SMEs is essential.
• Current knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models, clients and geographies is valuable.
• Change Management qualifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated successes in developing, leading, and analyzing programs are ideal.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CARE workstream within regional transition projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure CARE elements (change management, communication, training, onboarding) are identified, created, executed, and documented.
• Develop and execute communication strategies including business cases and transition bulletins.
• Manage the training matrix to ensure transfer of role, process and systems knowledge.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities including onboarding documents and account orientations.
• Serve as regional point of escalation for CARE questions or issues and support governance routines.
• Collaborate with COET and other teams to resolve anomalies and communicate changes to the Global Program Director.
• Regularly review program performance and report on CARE outcomes and project requirements.
• Support regular and ad-hoc reporting with documents, graphs, and presentations.
