Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead CARE initiatives for in-region client transitions and collaborate with regional/global teams to ensure smooth onboarding and change management. The role demands strong real estate knowledge, strategic communication, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, executive stakeholder management skills, and advanced MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations, account management, communication, training or program management.
• 5–7 years of relevant business experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models is valuable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CARE workstream within regional transition projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop CARE change management, communication, training and onboarding plans.
• Develop and execute communication strategies and transition bulletins.
• Manage training matrix for transferring employees.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities and onboarding.
• Serve as regional escalation point for CARE program questions.
• Review program performance and report findings.
• Support reporting and collaboration with COET team.
