Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Program Manager for the Client Onboarding Experience Team (CARE) to lead in-region client onboarding, drive change management, and ensure effective communications across regional and global teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, account readiness, and training delivery within a dynamic real estate services environment.

The position requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, executive stakeholder management, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant business experience in a matrixed environment.
• Executive stakeholder management and coordinating multiple projects are essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CARE workstream within regional transition projects coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ensure change management, communications, training and onboarding plans are identified and executed.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies including business cases and transition bulletins.
• Manage the training matrix to ensure employees receive role, process and systems training.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities including onboarding documents, Account Orientations and buddy programs.
