Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Construction Project Coordinator (P3) to support the East region client account. You will partner with the Facilities Management & Projects Program Director to manage project phases, documents, and coordination with architects, engineers and contractors.

The ideal candidate reads drawings, tracks schedules, and maintains SharePoint and Planner workstreams. This on-site role offers growth in a global real estate services firm with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, or owner's-representative role.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI prompts to support project documentation and follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Planner and SharePoint; ability to navigate Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong written and cross-functional communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project phases from Due Diligence to Post-Construction with defined outcomes.
• Ensure standard project documents and sign-offs are used on every project.
• Maintain RACI alignment with architects, engineers, security, facilities, and PMs.
• Support scope sign-off and budget close-out during Pre-Construction; track punch list to closure.
• Read construction drawings and schedules; escalate when necessary.
• Attend meetings; capture notes, decisions and follow-up items.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and use Microsoft Planner for task tracking.
• Create AI-powered status summaries and checklists for consistent delivery.
• Support regional program coordination and risk escalation as needed.
• Assist in training internal teams and third-party project managers on processes.
