Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a project-focused professional to lead client transitions from mobilization through stabilization, primarily handling Lease Administration projects. You will coordinate data, manage timelines, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and expanding accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management required, preferably.
• 3+ years’ experience in Lease Administration Technology and related tools.
• Expert skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and other applications.
• PMI certification and Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through initiation and execution, including follow ups and reporting.
• Co-develop and deploy change and communication plans with transition leads.
• Ensure active participation of all workstream leads and timely information delivery.
• Prepare project timelines and maintain transition tracking through completion.
