Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience across design and construction.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects through design, planning, and construction.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with vendors and clients.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget, and risk.
• Ensure documentation is complete from charter to closeout.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure policy compliance and timely closeout.
