You will coordinate data, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion of services.

The role requires 5+ years in project management and 3+ years in Lease Administration, with proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management.
• 3+ years' experience in Lease Administration.
• Experience with Lease Administration Technology Applications.
• Change Management, communications, Six Sigma or PMI certification a plus.
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead client transition projects from mobilization through stabilization, acting as primary client contact and project manager.
• Coordinate data collection, validate data quality, and track project milestones.
• Develop and execute governance, communication plans, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support multiple projects concurrently and drive continuous process improvement.
