Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a nationwide lender headquartered in Plano, TX, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow our sales team. This remote, region-based role focuses on increasing loan volume by building new and existing accounts, conducting presentations, and expanding dealer partnerships.

The candidate will travel extensively (75%+), manage time and territory efficiently, and educate clients on loan products and guidelines while meeting or exceeding budgets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• B2B sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Identify underserved markets, dealer groups and expansion opportunities.
• Develop action plans to convert prospects into active producing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase production within existing accounts.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one meetings.
• Meet and exceed budget targets; travel extensively (75%+).
• Educate clients on loan products and service differentiators.
