CountryPlace Mortgage in Plano, TX is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional team of Regional Sales Managers. You will drive loan volume growth across your assigned area, mentor staff, and execute strategic plans to expand market presence.

The role requires exceptional leadership, extensive travel (75%+), and a proven track record in B2B sales within finance or manufactured housing. This position offers competitive salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufactured housing, RV, banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet and exceed company targets.
• Drive regional growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across multiple markets and territories.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure Regional Sales Managers effectively develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Provide leadership and guidance on loan products, market trends, sales strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Establish, monitor, and hold Regional Sales Managers accountable for key performance indicators, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead regional sales meetings, presentations, territory planning sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, hard work, and service.
• Develop new and existing relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• This position requires extensive travel (75%+).
