Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage in Plano, TX seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow our sales team from a remote, region-based position in the United States. You will cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts, deliver presentations, and leverage tools to market and capture business while increasing brand awareness.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to travel 75%+ across the territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to strategize and manage a large geographic territory.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• BA/BS degree as listed in minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships to maximize loan opportunities.
• Identify underserved markets and expansion opportunities.
• Lead presentations and one-on-one meetings with dealers and clients.
• Educate clients on loan products and processes.
• Meet and exceed budget and regional targets.
• Travel extensively (75%+) within assigned territory.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market changes and needs.
