Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive loan volume growth and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across multiple markets.

You will develop strategic plans, manage key partnerships, coach field leaders, and ensure targets are met while navigating credit guidelines and market trends. Extensive travel (75%+) is expected, with a performance-driven culture and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet targets.
• Drive regional growth by executing strategic sales plans across markets.
• Build high-level relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ensure RSMs develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Provide leadership on loan products, market trends, and sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; lead territory planning sessions.
