Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales leader for the modality portfolio in the United States.

The role is remote with preference for candidates residing in California, Arizona, or Nevada within an hour of a major airport and able to travel to demonstrations and customer sites. The position reports to the sales leadership team and emphasizes strategy, RFPs, quotations, and customer presentations to drive opportunity conversion and revenue growth across the assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and quoting tools.
• Clinical experience in modality preferred.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex information to influence others.
• A valid and current state driver’s license is required.
• 7 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for modality sales within the assigned territory through collaboration with account managers.
• Develop RFPs, generate quotations, and prepare customer presentations to advance opportunities.
• Apply clinical and technical expertise to assess customer needs and configurations.
• Coordinate onsite product demonstrations and manage related logistics.
• Set competitive pricing to support margins and secure deals for equipment and service.
• Share learning with local sales teams and coach qualification of opportunities.
• Manage activities to grow the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Maintain quarterly product demonstrations and meet annual booking and revenue targets.
• Develop forecasts and update sales tools per standards; engage in regional/tradeshows to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop show sites and identify KOLs in the region.
