Job summary

The role drives modality sales strategy, prepares RFPs, quotations, and customer presentations, and applies clinical and technical expertise to tailor configurations. You will help set pricing, coach teams, forecast monthly modality performance, and maintain accurate data in sales tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years sales experience in the medical imaging field.
• 7 years sales experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in modality preferred.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Proven project management experience.
• A valid and current state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for modality sales through collaboration with account managers to drive sales.
• Develop RFPs, generate quotations/special price requests, and deliver compelling customer presentations to advance opportunities.
• Apply clinical and technical expertise to assess customer needs and ensure configurations align with specifications and product capabilities.
• Set competitive pricing options to support margins and win deals for equipment and service.
• Provide coaching and integrate learning opportunities with local sales teams to enhance capabilities.
• Manage activities and influence teams to grow the sales pipeline and ensure forecast quality.
• Develop and communicate monthly modality forecasts for the territory and keep sales tools updated.
• Engage in prospecting activities and support market presence through regional tradeshows.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop show sites and build KOLs in the region.
• Build clinical references and connect with physicians to advance the sales cycle.
• Support issue resolution through delivery, installation, and post-installation stages.
