Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Public Sector Sales to lead and grow the Public Sector SLED East team and drive strategic initiatives across government and education customers.

You will influence deal strategy, enablement programs, and cross-functional partnerships to win complex enterprise SaaS opportunities. The role requires a track record in Public Sector sales, managing seven-figure deals with C-level stakeholders, and experience with AWS Marketplace and FedRAMP

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Public Sector/SLED software sales, closing six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS deals.
• 5+ years in sales leadership (Manager/Director) with quota-bearing teams.
• Experience with AWS Marketplace sales, FedRAMP environments, or government SaaS procurement channels.
• Proven success selling to SLED and federal fulfillment partners; navigating procurement lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Public Sector SLED East Sales team to drive performance and strategic objectives.
• Coach and develop Account Executives through enablement and mentorship.
• Drive AWS Marketplace sales motions and adoption.
• Ensure FedRAMP compliance to expand footprint in government/education entities.
• Manage territory planning, forecasting, pipeline development, and quota attainment.
• Structure and negotiate contracts with procurement and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Contribute to GTM strategies across Public Sector and collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Partners.
