The role is based in the Eastern U.S. and is fully remote, with 40–50% travel to client sites and Procore offices, requiring strong leadership, market insight, and a strategic GTM mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Public Sector/SLED software sales experience.
• 5+ years in sales leadership at manager or director level.
• Experience in AWS Marketplace, FedRAMP, or government SaaS procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Public Sector SLED East sales team to meet objectives.
• Coach and develop Account Executives to exceed targets.
• Drive AWS Marketplace sales motions and adoption.
• Ensure FedRAMP compliance to expand government footprint.
• Collaborate with partners to streamline deals and build executive relationships.
• Plan territory, forecast, and negotiate terms with leadership.
• Contribute to GTM strategies across Public Sector.
