Job summary

Tidal Vision, a Cesco Solutions company, is seeking a Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This remote role covers WA, OR and Western Canada, with frequent travel and a focus on growing wastewater treatment programs across multiple industries.

You will work with Cesco Solutions and the CCO to develop strategic accounts, drive long-term partnerships, and expand industrial chemical programs. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the wastewater treatment industry with focus on customer accounts and sales.
• Must sit in Western Washington or reside in Western Canada with ability to travel to the United States.
• Travel required: 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales and service territory for the Pacific Northwest.
• Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource for customers.
• Sell and support industrial chemical programs across multiple industries.
• Identify and pursue complex water treatment opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Tidal Vision units on crossover opportunities.
• Assist in hiring additional sales and service staff.
