Job summary

R Transport, Inc. is seeking two Territory Managers to expand and manage customer relationships across Washington State.

You will act as trusted advisors to environmental contractors, industrial facilities, utilities, and government entities, coordinating transportation and disposal solutions from introduction to dispatch handoff. This remote, field-based role requires visiting facilities and job sites, building long-term partnerships, and maintaining CRM records while aligning with our dispatch

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer relationship, operations, logistics, project management, or transportation experience in the environmental space.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze projects and prepare profitable quotes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Strong experience in RCRA, Special and dangerous waste logistics in the PNW

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact from introduction through dispatch handoff.
• Visit customer facilities and project sites throughout your assigned territory.
• Prepare transportation and disposal quotations that are accurate, competitive, and profitable.
• Coordinate with environmental disposal facilities and internal operations.
• Work closely with Dispatch to ensure complete project information is transferred before work begins.
• Follow projects through completion and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and long‑term partnerships.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company CRM.
• Represent R Transport professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and job sites.
