Carbon Activated Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to lead service operations and sales development for a new Portland-area warehouse and service center. The role blends hands-on field work with client management and local partnerships.

You will perform carbon change-outs, supervise labor, and grow the regional customer base across industrial, water, and air applications while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in activated carbon or industrial service work is preferred.
• Ability to manage both sales and operational responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and lift heavy materials.

Responsabilités

• Perform carbon change-outs at customer sites including emptying/reloading vessels.
• Handle dirty and physically demanding materials using PPE and safety protocols.
• Train and supervise part-time or contract labor as needed.
• Serve as local account manager for Pacific Northwest clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, water, and air applications.
• Prospect for new customers through site visits and direct outreach.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and support client projects end-to-end.
• Represent Carbon Activated Corporation professionally at all times.
