Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a Regional Irrigation Manager to lead a Northwest team across multiple branches, driving water conservation, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. The role covers Northern California, Portland, Seattle, and Nampa with 50% travel.

The ideal candidate has extensive irrigation know-how, leadership experience, and the ability to train field teams while collaborating with managers and clients to deliver best practices and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of irrigation management and leadership experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead irrigation operations and water conservation initiatives across the Northwest region.
• Drive sales growth through irrigation enhancements and services.
• Develop training programs for technicians and managers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement irrigation standards and best practices.
• Monitor water budgets and ensure budget targets within 90 days of startup.
