Lone Pine Associates Inc seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing properties. The role emphasizes occupancy, maintenance, staffing, financial health, and regulatory compliance, with travel to sites in the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in multi-family housing management.
• Licensed Property Manager preferred.
• US work authorization.
• Proficiency with Yardi, KissFlow and Tenant Tech.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Gmail and Chrome.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC funding and regulations.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant law and fair housing policies.
• Ability to travel regionally.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and supervise site staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of affordable housing properties.
• Monitor occupancy, maintenance, staffing and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as main contact for agencies, owners and investors.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures within approvals.
• Manage staff across multiple sites and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate audits and respond to reports and deficiencies.
• Lead maintenance, safety, and capital planning efforts.
