Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager for our Washington portfolio. You will oversee multifamily properties, ensure compliance with RD/HUD/HOME/LIHTC programs, and lead site teams across Washington to meet ownership goals.

This on-site role requires a WA license, strong budgeting, and travel to properties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of affordable portfolio management, excellent communication, and a proven track record in regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Resident of Washington with an active WA Real Estate License.
• 3+ years of affordable multi-family portfolio management experience.
• Experience with HUD/RD/HOME/Tax Credit programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties meet ownership goals and Guardian standards.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets and annual reports.
• Monitor financial performance and variances; oversee insurance, taxes, and mortgage data.
