Job summary

Lone Pine Associates Inc is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing projects. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, occupancy, maintenance, staffing, financial health, accessibility and program compliance.

The Regional Manager will coordinate with agencies, owners and investors and serve as the primary contact. Remote in Oregon/Washington with travel required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Licensed Property Manager and US work eligibility.
4–6 years of experience with multi-family/affordable housing.
3–5 years direct management experience.
Proficient with Viridian policies and funding regulations.

Responsibilities

Submit monthly owner reporting after reviewing site narratives for appropriateness.
Ensure sites are ready for agency, investor or lender audits.
Develop responses and action plans for audit deficiencies noted.
Supervise site staff and maintain effective communication.
Manage budgets and financial targets for properties.
Coordinate maintenance contracts and capital budgeting.
