Job summary

Lone Pine Associates Inc is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist for a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing projects. The role collaborates with regional teams, site managers, and compliance to manage portfolio tracking, AR, occupancy, recertifications, inspections, and vendor coordination.

This is a full-time remote position supporting Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington travel. Compensation ranges from $27 to $32 per hour DOE, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of multifamily property management, affordable housing, compliance, administrative, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, Rural Development, HOME, HUD Section 8, and other regulated housing programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).
• Experience with property management and workflow systems (Yardi Voyager, KissFlow, TenantTech) desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support across assigned property portfolios.
• Track, organize, and follow up on recurring property deadlines, audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare spreadsheets, status reports, summaries, and correspondence for leadership, owners, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain organized electronic records in compliance with retention and confidentiality requirements.
