Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to support state-of-the-art distribution centers across North America. You will lead across a dynamic portfolio, coaching in the field to strengthen operations and elevate maintenance standards.

This role drives leadership development, reliability planning, and KPI-driven improvements, working with Senior, Area, and site managers within a national operations team. Remote opportunities exist across North America, with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance across multiple sites.
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ employees.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and maintenance best practices in 24/7 logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps, drive corrective action, and restore KPI targets.
• Lead site performance standards and coach site teams to raise operations.
• Develop reliability plans to increase uptime and standardize methods across facilities.
• Provide budgeting, KPI interpretation, and escalation coaching to emerging leaders.
• Partner with Ops leaders and Finance to ensure proper stewardship of client funds.
