Job summary

JLL is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to support state-of-the-art distribution centers across North America. This role focuses on leading maintenance excellence, coaching a multi-site team, and driving reliability improvements to protect client assets.

The position requires hands-on leadership, expertise in MHE and industrial automation, and a strong emphasis on safety and budgets. Remote-friendly with multiple US locations, offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-development experience.
• Strong field operations and maintenance expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance metrics and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps, drive corrective action, and restore KPI targets.
• Evaluate site conditions and maintenance execution with actionable improvement plans.
• Lead and coach Senior/Area Maintenance Managers; develop leaders and budgets.
• Develop reliability plans for higher uptime across facilities; provide MHE/Automation guidance.
• Build safety culture; ensure 100% safety training compliance.
