Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC invites motivated loan officers to build a self-directed mortgage practice remotely, backed by corporate support and a broad product suite. This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped commissions and growth potential across 28 states.

You will operate either independently or expand your team, while maintaining strong referral relationships and a track record of closing multiple units monthly. Licensing and compliance knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Collaborate with Corporate for administrative, operational and compliance support.
• Provide loan products for all borrower types and manage a growing LO team or operate solo.
• Maintain compliance and achieve targets through proactive relationship-building.
