Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer who can build and maintain referral networks with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. This role offers the flexibility to run your own business remotely on a P&L basis under the company umbrella.

You will leverage a wide range of loan products, with administrative and compliance support provided by Corporate, and the potential for uncapped commissions as you scale your practice.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating complex financial data.
• Sales focus with a track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with good use of software.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral partner relationships with real estate pros, CPAs and financial planners.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage’s umbrella.
• Oversee a growing loan officer team or operate as an individual LO.
• Capitalize on uncapped commissions and broad loan product options.
