Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC invites entrepreneurial Loan Officers to build their own business remotely with uncapped commissions. Operate under a P&L umbrella while receiving corporate support for operations and compliance.

You may add LO teammates or work solo, with licensing in multiple states and ongoing growth opportunities. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in referral partnerships, a robust client database, and a minimum 3–5 loan units closed per month.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 loan units per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month.
• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Leverage corporate administrative, operational and compliance support.
